  "message": "buffet: Add base GCD command definition .json file\n\nAdded gcd.json file to contain all standard command definitions\nfor all GCD-based device types, along with the commands\u0027 standard\nparameters. Right now the file has a simple defintion for\nbase.reboot command.\n\nAlso moved buffet.conf to the new etc sub-directory to indicate\nthe target locataion for the file to be installed under on the\nactual device image.
