Fix build break on canary builder for gizmo board.

buffet/http_transport_fake.cc used VLOG/CHECK macros but did not
explicitly include <base/logging.h>. Somehow it still compiles
locally without it...

BUG=None
TEST=Code still compiles and unit tests run.
